Investment & Burnout
The wax tree is invested in a plaster flask and cured in our burnout ovens at controlled temperatures, leaving a precise cavity ready to be filled with metal.
Vacuum & Centrifugal Casting
Pure gold or silver alloy is melted and cast into the flask under vacuum or centrifugal force, ensuring a dense, defect-free fill into every fine detail.
Quench, Cut & Finish
The flask is quenched, castings are cut clear of the tree, pickled clean and filed — ready for setting, filing and polishing at your workshop.
